Shipping and Returns

Processing time: Prints and Originals are 3–7 business days (packing and insurance).
Shipping methods: Standard and expedited options offered via UPS/FedEx (domestic and international). Carrier choice will be visible at checkout.
Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight/dimensions and destination; free domestic shipping available for orders over $500.
Tracking & signature: All orders include tracking. Orders over $500 require signature upon delivery.
Packaging: Prints shipped flat in rigid mailers or in protective tubes (depending on size)
Originals are packaged with additional cushioning and shipped in rigid boxes with insurance.
International orders: Duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility. Delivery times vary by destination.
Lost or damaged shipments: Notify me at malaikaross.studio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery for missing/damaged items. Provide photos of damage and packaging; I will file a claim with the carrier and either replace or refund the order after verification.

Eligibility: Prints: accepted within 3 days of delivery if unused and in original condition (no frame if sold unframed). Originals: final sale — returns not accepted unless damaged in transit.
Non-returnable items: Custom commissions, personalized prints, and sale items marked final sale.
How to start a return: Contact me at malaikaross.studio@gmail.com within the eligibility window with your order number, reason, and photos (if damaged). I’ll provide return instructions and authorization.
Return shipping: Buyer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error or damage in transit. For returns I use a tracked and insured shipping method.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if order is in production or has shipped.
