Refund & Return Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade and often one-of-a-kind nature of my work, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email me at malaikaross.studio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item. I’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund (including shipping costs) if the issue is on my end.
Lost Packages
If your package seems lost in transit, please email me at malaikaross.studio@gmail.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date. I’ll assist with filing a claim and, if possible, replace the item or offer store credit.
