Packaging

All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. All artwork on paper is shipped flat and in protective plastic sleeves, while original paintings are boxed with additional padding and support.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact me at malaikaross.studio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable), and I’ll do my best to resolve the issue.
